Vintage starfish pin designed with tiny coral seed beads and faceted gold rhinestone in the center. Quality made. There is a cartouche but the mark missed it.  Florentine goldtone metal. It measures approximately 2 1/4" x 2 1/4".  
 
This brooch was acquired from a closed up jewelry store. New old stock - never worn. Pristine condition.
