This is a beautiful crown Trifari siam red rhinestone spray brooch.  This was patent #165,545 and was granted on Dec 25, 1951 to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. This design was named "Spring Fantasy". It was in the 1952 Trifari ad "Mothers of Every Age Love Jewels by Trifari".  Quality Trifanium finish with gorgeous red siam marquise  rhinestones and 2 round chaton rhinestones.
