DeLizza & Elster aka Juliana book piece stylized flower pin designed with black prongset slim navettes centered with a faceted smoked rhinestone. The two filigree balls have a ring of smoked chaton rhinestones. Brilliant goldtone metal. It measures 3" x 1 1/2". Their jewelry with these filigree balls were produced in the early 60s.
