Signed Hobe fashion ring designed with an emerald green faceted foil open backed rhinestone with small green chatons all down the sides of the ring. Circa 1980's new old stock from a closed up jewelry store; never worn. Antiqued gold tone metal. Inner adjustable band from 4 1/2  to 6. Ring height is approx. 1/2" with a 5/8" diameter.
